Fill this out and a board member will contact you about attending a meeting. Nothing is binding — this simply starts the conversation.

Not certificated yet? We don't accept pilots in primary training, but Crystal Air and Hixson Aviation can get you there — then come back and apply.

We don't collect your birthday, driver's license number or airman certificate number online. Those, along with copies of your medical certificate and the logbook entry for your most recent checkride or flight review, are reviewed in person by a board member.
